ELCA and Lutherans Restoring Creation embrace the Season of Creation

The Season of Creation, running Sept. 1 through Oct. 4, is a liturgical season celebrating our creation story and the earth that God called good (Genesis 1:31). The ELCA recently encouraged the adoption of the “Feast of Creation” on Sept. 1 or “Creation in Christ” Sunday on Sept. 6, with resources available for worship.
