At\u00a0this event, we had the pleasure of\u00a0making many great acquaintances, but this post is about <a href=\"http:\/\/milwaukeesynod.org\/who-we-are\/synod-staff\/\">Bishop Jeff Barrow<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Bishop Barrow is bishop of the <a href=\"http:\/\/milwaukeesynod.org\/\">Greater Milwaukee Synod<\/a> of the<a href=\"http:\/\/www.elca.org\"> ELCA<\/a>, but you know what else? Bishop Barrow is a father, a husband, a baseball lover and a dog owner. He\u2019s a real guy doing real work, because he\u2019s called to it.\u00a0We met Bishop Barrow in passing at the event, and then had the chance to share lunch with him. We wanted to learn more about him, but in the end, he ended up learning a lot about our stories, too.
