Life-size cutouts of disadvantaged children were placed along sidewalks near Westlake Center by Family Services Thursday, May 10, 2007. This cutout was at the corner of Pine Street and 5th Avenue. The private non-profit organization provides the means for families dealing with homelessness, domestic violence and mental health issues to achieve stability.
