This is Tammie&#039;s photo.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mceTemp\">ELCA member Tammie Danielsen spent the winter in Hebron this past year as an Ecumenical Accompanier with the<a href=\"http:\/\/www.eappi.org\" target=\"_blank\"> Ecumenical Accompaniment Programme for Palestine and Israel (EAPPI).<\/a>\u00a0 There she walked children to school to be a presence to prevent\u00a0violence from\u00a0Israeli settler attacks, as well as lived in solidarity and community with the local\u00a0Palestinian residents.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div class=\"mceTemp\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div class=\"mceTemp\">Tammie is featured in an <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thelutheran.org\/article\/article.cfm?article_id=10619&amp;key=112763159\" target=\"_blank\">article this month in the Lutheran.<\/a><\/div>\n<div class=\"mceTemp\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div class=\"mceTemp\">Hebron has been divided into two zones since 1997. The area under the control of the civilian Palestinian Authority is populated by some 120,000 Palestinians.
