Good Flash-Designing Guidelines

I was doing a Google search for Live Flash Streaming CPU Load, and came across this page that isn't what I wanted but is definitely something to bookmark. These are guidelines that Disney makes its advertisers adhere to when creating Flash banners. http://mediakit.go.com/support/

Very good tips, but also a good idea to have a page as detailed as this for your own site!
