”I would like to thank the people from the ELCA, for the help which they are rendering to us. This shows us that there are people who care.  One thing I am sure of is that [the members of the ELCA] believe that people should be the hands and the feet of God.”

This message of thanks comes from Clement Rafael Banda, formerly the Malaria Livelihood Officer for the Lutheran malaria program in Zambia. He continues, “Through the Lutheran malaria program in Zambia, people are being impacted; people’s lives are really changing for the better. So the help is falling on fertile ground. This program is giving people an opportunity to better themselves.  And it also means that families will be happy, and this program is helping people to lead a fulfilled life.”
